Customer Service Representative (3rd shift)
Position Description
Primary responsibilities are to ensure that customers receive timely, courteous and professional service over the phone. The position provides initial first-line support to pharmacies, vendors, pharmaceutical sales and insurance company inquiries. This involves researching and resolving issues of both technical and non-technical nature. This includes documenting the interaction with customers, communicating new product/service offerings, and escalating critical complex issues to next level of support.
Secondary responsibilities involve data entry duties, faxing or mailing information to customers, and assisting internal teams with special projects, as needed.
