Customer Service Representative-Manufacturing
POSITION SUMMARY
A dynamic Manufacturing Facility in the Atlanta Area is seeking a Seasoned Customer Service Representative for its Atlanta Facility. The Customer Service Representative will plan, organize, control and coordinate Customer Service functions as it relates to handling of customers, customer feedback, processing customer quotations/orders, maintaining internal database, processing RFQ’s, and incorporating customer schedule changes. There will also be some clerical work and additional duties as assigned.
