SUMMARY:
Honeywell is currently looking for a goal oriented team player to join our Atlanta Georgia Customer Service team.
The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for maintaining the highest degree of customer satisfaction by providing work direction and scheduling to the field workforce to ensure service requests (Planned or Unplanned) are performed in a timely and efficient manner. Provides updates the SMS (Service Management System) database as required.
