Graphic Design Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
-Shepherd projects through the design and commercialization process
-Support the Creative Director in the development of visual design strategies for our portfolio of products, in support of marketing strategies, positioning and brand values
-Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers
-Provide project and design leadership for outside design firms, photographers and illustrators, including negotiating contracts and scheduling
-Support Creative Director with providing design leadership for implementation of packaging, merchandising and collateral for our brands
-Support go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
