Graphic Design Manager
Job Summary:
The Graphics Manager will assist the Marketing Communications department with leading and building the internal creative services group and its capabilities. The Graphics Manager will lead and inspire a creative team while executing strategic creative projects for the brand. This position will provide feedback and leadership to the internal designers and project requestors that produce work that supports the Décor division. The Graphics Manager will develop and execute flawless packaging, merchandising and collateral solutions that supports and develops the brand(s). This position will implement the visual design language and brand standards to assure a strong, integrated global brand presence across all packaging, media platforms, and in-store environments. This position will also work collaboratively with all internal cross-functional teams and external partners to insure an overall cohesive brand presence across all touch points.
