Design Manager
Responsibilities :
Split between Atlanta, GA and Kabul, Afghanistan, the position will coordinate the procurement and award of design contracts, independent design review (in house or contracted), and design acquisition strategy in the pre-award go-no go decisions; ensure client satisfaction balancing competing demands among scope, time, cost and quality; clients w/ differing needs and expectations as well as identified project budget and contract needs and expectations to achieve profit goals and excellent client satisfaction in alignment w/ the Mission, Vision and Values of CAPE. Responsible for providing technical expertise and strategic/tactical direction in areas of expertise in support of proposals and project execution; must be able to lead CAPE in these technical areas from a strategic company and tactical perspective working in a team based environment w/i CAPE Operations; may be required to support several project delivery teams on multiple projects in SW Asia as well as on USDOD projects in the US and Worldwide.
