Manager - Performance Testing and Engineering
POSITION PURPOSE -
The Manager - Performance Testing and Engineering QA position encompasses the following:
-Manage delivery of Performance and Engineering testing services for projects and production support.
-Create, maintain, and publish strategy for Performance and Engineering Testing, based on best practices and emerging technologies, publish ongoing KPIs to track effectiveness.
-Develop strong working relationships with Development, Engineering, and Testing organizations.
-Review scope, approach, and final test results for each project to ensure business SLAs and architecture standards are met.
-When SLAs are not met or team is working through defect resolution, coordinate efforts across development, engineering, and testing teams until SLAs are met.
