Video Manager Engineering
Provides strategic direction for enterprise-wide engineering design, deployment, service delivery & assurance of current and future technologies used for all Cox services and operations. Establishes and implements Project Manager Process and functions.
Collaborates with technology suppliers in defining and development of field deployable back-office technologies to support video, voice, and data applications and services.
Collaborates with Cox Engineering, Strategy & Product Management, and Marketing staff and authors comprehensive systems architecture and requirement documents, product analyses, system test plans, and requests for proposals.
Provides high level consultation and leadership to field systems, design engineers, and implementation teams.
Work with cross-functional departments to manage rollout schedules, software releases (major and minor patches) and anything relating to a project within Video Engineering.
