Sr. Electrical Engineering Tech
PURPOSE OF POSITION
Construct prototype circuits/controls, troubleshoot electrical issues and conduct testing to verify electronic designs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-From schematics, assemble prototype circuits and/or controls to prove out design concepts. Working with the hardware designer, conduct testing to verify design. Construct testers/fixtures as required to complete prototype evaluation.
-Perform engineering design validation testing per product test plan. Report results to the project team. Construct testers/fixtures as required to complete design validation.
-Troubleshoot failures/issues from prototype and design validation testing. Report findings/recommendations to the hardware designer(s).
