Purchase Order Processing:
-Phoning or faxing purchase orders to manufacturers and brokers.
-Splitting copes for warehouse and maintianing an office copy file.
-Follow up with manufacturers/brokers on late and critical orders and communicating daily with the Buyers as to the disposition of such orders.
Price change processing which encompasses:
-Calculate new cost, including cash terms and using the bracket established by the Buyer.
-Prepare correct documentation for Marketing Services.
-Check File Update Activity Report to assure accuracy and completion of changes.
