Application Administrator (Entry Level-Contract)
Overview:
The Application Administrator reports to the Manager of the Market Systems group and is responsible for administering vendor-supplied and internally developed applications. Administration responsibilities are detailed below
Responsibilities:
-Daily monitoring of data loading processes through the application or direct database query.
-Periodic execution of data loading processes as needed.
-Coordinate and conduct testing and deployment of vendor application upgrades as received.
-Provide assistance to Business Analysts as necessary to respond to user issues and inquiries.
-Assist with tracking issues, requests, etc..
-Documentation of IT processes.
