In-Store Loss Prevention Store Investigator (ENTRY LEVEL)
Job Description :
-Supports the Company vision through ownership and accountability for preventing loss from the store location and promoting the company Shrink Awareness Program.
-Work with District Manager on identifying areas of opportunity for loss within the stores and developing an action plan for reducing those opportunities
Job Requirements:
-1-3 years’ experience in Loss Prevention field
-Ability to act independently
-Knowledge of Microsoft programs
-Apprehension of shoplifters, conducts internal audits, and investigates issues of suspected internal theft
-Prepare written reports
-Review accounting and sales audit reports including: over/short, credit card charge backs, missing deposits, bank errors, gift cards, store credits, voids, refunds, and various other reports to identify potential theft issues
-Assist Corporate Loss Prevention Conduct LP training for the store management and sales associates
-Conduct trainings and promote the corporate Shrink Awareness program
