State & Local Government Software Account Executive
Individual contributor responsible for selling Dell’s software product line (face-to-face) to new and existing customers in Major Public Accounts segment. Solution and relationship focused.
· Owns the face-to-face interaction with the customer.
· Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards.
· Builds strong customer relationships.
· Responsible for both retention/development of existing customers and new account/business acquisition.
