Position Overview:
The Innovation Design Director is responsible for the driving our vision for design and its role in creating a world-class industrial design capability. While the primary focus is partnering with our Marketing Innovation, Research + Innovation and Commercial Customer Marketing departments on a project level, the role also includes leading our team of design managers, managing the holistic equipment and packaging design for “big bet” corporate innovation projects, defining new processes, tools and best practices in building System capability.
