Position Description Northrop Grumman is seeking a public health professional with program evaluation experience to support multiple projects in the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s Coordinating Office for Global Health (COGH). This individual should have a public health scientific background with technical expertise in areas of the design and implementation of key program monitoring and evaluation activities. The candidate will provide expertise in the design, implementation, and use of performance measures for pandemic influenza preparedness. The Evaluation Analyst will have broad contributions across the COGH organization.
