Healthcare Moderator
Position Summary
As a Qualitative Research Moderator you are responsible for working with our Healthcare clients to consult, design, propose, direct, conduct, and analyze qualitative market research projects.
Key Responsibilities
-Involves significant travel (approximately 2-3 days per week, 3-4 weeks per month) to conduct research on-site at U.S. and Global facilities in addition to time spent in client meetings and report writing from a home office
-Meets with clients, works to understand the business and interpret client needs by defining research objectives, and works with senior level staff to link appropriate research or products
-Summarizes project specifications and collaborates with our Project Directors on proposal/screener creation and logistical setup
-Authors and reviews proposals with clients and modifies design as necessary
-Develops discussion guides for research, utilizing techniques that help elicit relevant and meaningful insights for the client team; develops associated templates, listening guides and other material as stimulus for the research
