VP of Healthcare Payer Client Services
PRINCIPLE PURPOSE OF JOB: The Vice President of Client Services provides strategic and day-to-day leadership to the Client Service Managers. The Vice President of Client Services will also focus on building client relationships and delivering exceptional service and value to T clients. The Vice President of Client Services will have the following responsibilities, duties and authorities: Primary Responsibilities
-Demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and successfully train, manage, and supervise Client Services staff. Create an environment that promotes teamwork, a high level of service and client satisfaction, while maintaining the highest levels of integrity.
-Think and plan strategically and search for opportunities to enhance our value proposition.
-Determine performance gaps and ensure that development and discipline exists to close those gaps.
-Day to day management and leadership of Client Services Managers
