We are seeking healthcare or medical customer service representatives with 2-4 years of inbound call center experience. The ideal candidate must have recent call center experience within the last year. We are working with several clients here in the metro Atlanta area. Strong computer, customer service skills, and able to read a script is very important. The candidate will be making outbound calls only. The number of calls will consist of 100-150 inbound calls.
The position is located in Alpharetta, Georgia
