Job Requirements
-Completion of Bachelors Degree or appropriate education to meet State licensure requirements, and at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ business or clinical management experience, preferably in home health or related field
- Must have prior experience in budgeting, profit and loss management, billing and cash collections, reading and interpreting financial reports
- Must be able to demonstrate leadership qualities in past achievements and/or previous work experience
- Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
