Job Summary
Responsible for overall effective management of entire Branch, and adherence to all company policies, procedures, goals and objectives. Responsible for Profit/Loss of Branch. Responsible for Safety Compliance of Branch.
Essential Functions
-Responsible for budget and Profit/Loss of Branch.Â
-Ensures all Operating Principles are adhered to.
-Responsible for Sales Analysis and Market Strategy.
-Responsible for all aspects of Safety Compliance of Branch.
-Manages daily operations of Branch.
-Responsible for implementing and supporting effective staffing protocols to include recruiting, hiring and employee retention.
-Responsible for recruiting, developing contractual relationships, training, and managing quality work from a sub-contractor network.
