Duties:
- Maximize sales opportunity on inbound calls from individual consumers. - Assist callers with setting up their home utility services. - Must be detail oriented to manage semi complex order processing and inputting of data. - Provide stellar consultation on product offering, selection pricing, availability, etc. - Consistently reach daily and weekly individual and team sales goals. - Demonstrate persistence, overcome objections and strive to improve your skills and sales performance - Effectively communicate and build relationships with customers to provide a world class customer experience - Present key selling points, features and benefits while remaining focused on the customers’ needs and expectations - Must read and ensure customer understands mandatory provider disclosures. - Deliver high quality customer service by using a friendly & outgoing style during the sales process. - Possess and demonstrate good judgment, integrity, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
