VP Hotel Operations - Limited Service
This role is responsible for overall operation and performance of hotels for assigned brand(s) to maximize: their profitable growth, return on investment, guest and employee satisfaction, and revenue generation. You will assist the Business Development group with the discovery, analysis, and due diligence of perspective owned, leased joint venture or managed hotels or resorts. Responsibly includes developing a consultative/liaison role with assigned franchisees and principal correspondents and hotel operations staff (e.g. Quality, Field Service, Sales Development, Human Resources, etc.) to facilitate services and compliance with brand quality and operations standards. You will accomplish goals and objectives through subordinate managers who organize and direct a technical and professional staff. this role develops a consultative/liaison role with assigned franchisees and principal correspondents and hotel operations staff (e.g. Quality, Field Service, Sales Development, Human Resources, etc.) to facilitate services and compliance with brand quality, operations standards and management agreements and develop a strategic business plan for assigned brand(s).
