Human Resources Specialist Job
Major Duties:
Serves as quality control with lead personnel assistants by planning and implementing bi-weekly quality control reviews. Treats data to determine staff development activities and workflow changes for the Shared Service Center Staff (SSC). Works with the Federal Personnel and Payroll System (FPPS) Manager in planning, developing and implementing an SSC corrections metric tool and SSC evaluation plan. In coordination with team leaders plans and conducts client meetings. Prepares periodical SSC quality control and processing corrections reports. Coordinates new transactional requirements with lead assistants and develops and conducts training sessions to continuously improve SSC skills sets. Serves as the consultant on effecting personnel actions for settlement agreements.
