Director, Corporate Human Resources
The Director of Human Resources will provide progressive HR support and internal consulting to the global Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing/R&D, and G&A functions within Graphic Packaging worldwide. The successful candidate will provide thought leadership in guiding, developing and implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives focused on achieving business objectives. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources, he/she will ensure alignment between individual, business unit and corporate practices as well as drive organizational design, development and effectiveness work across global teams.
The Director of Human Resources, must be a strategic thought leader, have a track record of building partnerships with all levels of employees within the corporation and have a history of implementing successful programs across global organizations. Organizational credibility, business knowledge, business partnering, compensation knowledge and decisive execution are the keys to be successful in this position.
