Key Role:
Manage a team of four HR specialists and one assistant, guide and manage the delivery of regional HR services in the South East, provide strategic counsel to assigned client teams, and coordinate all HR matters. Develop and maintain relationships with client leadership in the region and manage service levels. Manage and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures to ensure seamless client service support with Booz Allen Hamilton. Anticipate and identify emerging needs to customize and implement solutions. Oversee the performance assessment program across the region, manage employee relations counseling and guidance to bring issues to resolution, and oversee new hire orientation and exit processes. Collaborate with the HR leadership team to share best practices for addressing trends and themes. Play a significant role in recruiting and developing the HR staff and capabilities, deliver quality work that ensures client satisfaction, and enhance the retention and development of the workforce in the South East.
