Supervisory Human Resources Specialist
Major Duties:
Serves as HR Center position management/classification functional authority and Supervisor of the classification unit. Performs the administrative and Human Resource functions, establishes guidelines,
and performance expectations for staff members. Articulate and communicate to the staff classification assignments, projects,problems to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion. Identifies, distributes, and balances workload and tasks among employees in accordance with established workflow, skill level, and/or occupational specialization. Serves as the Center’s technical expert on implementing and administering position classification programs at the Center level. Acts as a consultant on program activities and objectives, priorities, identification of needs, resolution of problem areas, and other matters to assure
classification accuracy.
