Compensation Account Manager/Human Resources Specialist
Job Description
Job Summary: Compensation Account Manager- Reports to Sector Account Director- Responsible for assigned organizations (i.e., Divisions/Business Units) - Individual contributor role- Scope: US focused- Substantial internal contacts, across Siemens Sectors and in collaboration with Siemens Shared Services. Responsibilities:- Implementation of programs in respective divisions/business units- Partner with key leadership (Business Unit Heads/HR Directors) to understand the business needs, drivers in line with Sector strategy- Apply the Sector compensation strategy /designs to the Divisions/Business units in consultation with Sector Account Director- Identify needs beyond USA guidelines, as needed. Partner with Sector Account Director re: potential solutions and lead any implementation efforts.
