Human Resources Consultant
Description
Provides a neutral role as an agent of the organization. Consults with management and employees on areas related to employee relations, performance management, labor relations, and compensation. Responsible for working with employees throughout the organization to develop a positive work environment. Recommends policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements. Advises on effective management practices and issues related to workforce relations. Provides advice to meet union contract expectations; including administrative follow through and management counseling. As needed, delivers training presentations and leads project work. Supports three to four facilities based on geographical and employee base considerations.
