Human Resources Assistant Military Job
Major Duties:
The incumbent performs final clerical review of officer and enlisted performance reports (OPR/EPR), training reports (TR), and letters of evaluation (LOE) submitted by Commander Support Staffs (CSS); updates, inquires, and processes actions through the Military Personnel Data System; administers program and serves as the primary source of information for individuals, commanders, and other personnel on and off base regarding awards and decorations policies, procedures, and requirements; and uses a variety of office automation hardware, software, and peripherals in the performance of military personnel functions and performs other clerical support work.
