Human Resources Manager
General Function :
This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating policies, procedures and programs including manpower planning, labor relations, recruitment, training, employee benefits, employee development, and safety for all Culinary Lifestyle employees in our Atlanta office, Outlets and our Field Sales.
Duties and Responsibilities :
-Improve and administer new hire orientation program
-Drive and coordinate all recruitment at corporate office, Field Sales and retail locations across the US
-Be responsible for the continued development and execution of Company wide Safety Program
-Maintain the weekly communication to our employees
-Be the point of contact for our employees with regards to HR related questions and employee relations
-Help with the implementation of our evaluation, training and reward programs
-Support the existing and new store openings via business partnering with retail team
-Manage an HR Leader
