Job Description
Responsible for providing high quality human resources support to specific line organizations/business units in support of Company/organizational goals and objectives, as well as in the implementation and management of all human resources processes. Responsibilities include recruiting, employee relations, training, performance management and compensation support/analysis. Must be able to apply in-depth knowledge of company policies and procedures and government regulations to facilitate the prevention and resolution of employee relations issues. Leads teams to effectively and efficiently accomplish project related activities. Manages one or more less senior HR staff.
