Human Resources Coordinator
This position will report to the Senior Human Resources manager and provide HR support in an office of 150 employees. Primary responsibilities include:
-Maintain a systematic campus recruiting process to obtain interns and entry level associates
-Identify student and faculty outreach opportunities
-Manage the candidate selection process
-Review current position descriptions and evaluation forms for Associates and Interns
-Ensure that recruiting teams are prepared (firm statistics, positions available, firm service and expertise, how to refer candidates to other offices)
-Determine follow-up action items for all candidates interviewed; develop consistent offer process; develop and implement a candidate follow-up plan
-Plan and execute candidate office visits, office tours, and social events
-Develop tracking metrics
-Develop communications/PR strategy (quarterly announcements, postings of recruiting, campus events)
-Develop and manage college recruitment initiatives to budget
-Collect and compile entry level salary and benefit data (local, Big 4, regional firms)
-Manage on-boarding and exit interviews
