Insurance Specialists or Estate & Business Planning Specialists
Description
Supports one or more Insurance Specialists or Estate & Business Planning Specialists. Coordinates new business activities primarily with middle office agency personnel (proposal generation & assembly, case management, etc). Helps coordinate schedule and works closely with IS and EBPS to meet the needs and objectives of internal referral sources and, occasionally, clients. Handles routine duties under supervision of the IS(s) or EBPS(s). Should be able to work relatively independently and handle complex duties. The ability to multi-task is essential. Minimum Requirements: Candidate should hold the resident life and health state insurance license as well as the NASD Series 6 and 63, or be willing to obtain them within 3 months of accepting the Field Administrator position. 1+ years professional administrative experience. Preferred Requirements: Individual life and health industry experience is strongly preferred. 3+ years professional administrative experience, preferably in the financial services / insurance industry, or corresponding educational experience.
