Insurance Specialist - Government Follow-Up Job
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Follow-up and resolution of government accounts. Submission of retro billing request for Government accounts. Maintain Quality and Productivity requirements as outlined in the position performance expectations through use of the TRAC tools.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate. CRT, typing, ten-key experience required. A minimum of two years clerical experience is required, preferably in a healthcare insurance or related field. Understanding of medical and insurance terminology.
