GA Insurance – Cons Per Lines
Job Summary: Sells and promotes products to business clients within an inbound/outbound call center. Explains and resolves customer issues related to product coverage and policies. Provides product quotes and enrolls customers into the various product programs.
Functional Responsibilities: Intermediate level subject matter expert, subject to minimal supervision. Receives inbound calls from and/or makes outbound calls to individual clients, promotes and sells Property and Casualty products. Provides product quotes and enrolls eligible customers. Explains complex policy and coverage information in simple terms to policyholders and other interested parties. Completes applications, mandatory forms, and all other state specific documents. Processes changes to existing policies as needed and/or requested by policyholders and other interested parties. Maintains or exceeds sales goals and closing, cross selling, and cancel ratios. Performs other duties as required or assigned.
