IT Procurement Buyer
Job Description
The Procurement Buyer will assist the Sr. Manager, Procurement in the establishment of a formalized Procurement Function within ATC. Will administer, manage and maintain the ReqLogic Purchasing Application within Microsoft GP.
Responsibilities:
•Processes technology orders from approved requisitions. Activities include: order placement, order confirmation, product substitutions, and monitoring past due shipments, returns, and change orders.
•Participates in bid preparation, evaluations, reviews, negotiations, & dispute resolution
•Evaluates supplier performance and supplier compliance with established specifications and/or delivery, and promotes continuous supplier improvement
