Job Description
Company in Roswell seeks an IT Support Professional. Position is full-time, and hire will be direct or full-time. Salary is up to around $50k/year, plus bonus, and mileage provided for tech support at metro Atlanta sales offices. Job Description
-Provide support to users on all applications, including: Telecom, JDEdwards, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, scheduling software, purchasing Intranet applications, web tools and any other software used throughout the division. Admin responsibility for many applications.
-Work with regional and corporate staff to meet the IT needs of the division. Will require local travel in metro Atlanta to sales offices to provide tech support on an as needed basis.
-Maintains the copiers, phone systems, printers, computers, networks, websites and all software applications used by the division. Provide system accessibility to all users, with minimal downtime, including sales and construction offices.
-Able to train staff on all applications.
