Description:
-Provide helpdesk service for all computing needs which includes on call rotation
-Primary role in security and backup of Windows servers
-Primary role in Active Directory and multiple Windows servers
-Provide instruction for staff computer development classes
-Application support for desktop software and specific web apps.
-Create and maintain documentation for procedures in each area of responsibility suitable for web publication
-Fulfill the member roles of learning, communicating, providing, contributing and collaborating as defined in the Member and Leader Roles and Responsibilities document and actively participate in continuous improvement efforts.
-Perform other duties as needed to accomplish the set goals
