Focus Plant Manager
Responsibilities:
As a Focus Plant Manager, you will hold primary responsibility for all plant operations for multiple plants. Reporting to the VP of Operations Services, you will:
-Direct and coordinate, in accordance with Company policies and procedures the management of multiple plants within the assigned region so that production, quality and quantity requirements are met, costs are within budgetary standards, and best manufacturing practices are utilized in the maintenance and conservation of equipment and facilities
-Develop a continuous improvement culture utilizing lean manufacturing principles
-Plan and coordinate the manufacturing activities to meet customer expectations
-Establish production standards to meet Company and customer requirements
-Ensure establishment of and adherence to procedures to maintain quality standards
-Routinely review documents and processes to ensure cost effectiveness of operations
- Prepare budgetary requirements accurately and in a timely manner
