Product Manager
Job Description
Responsible for a product or multiple products, serves as a consultant for both internal and external customers.Oversees new product ideas from conception to a finished product and enhancing existing product functionality.This includes the servicing, development, market research, requirements, implementation, pricing, billing, legal documents, training, marketing materials, and communication plan.Participates in defining, developing, and servicing product strategy and executing the strategy.Also responsible for utilizing market research in developing products/solutions that provide a competitive advantage and are consistent with the market needs and priorities of the market leaders, clients, company, and the industry.This includes the development of new products, enhanced products/solutions, product efficiencies through the product lifecycle review process, and sunsetting of obsolete products. Must have strong working relationships with Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, Finance, and Operational Areas including Disputes, and various Call Centers.
