Operations Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead our US operation. You will be will be responsible for the P&L of the US operation and be key to achieving the US business plan. You will also perform the following duties:
-Preparing and updating the business plan for Microlise Engineering
-Recruitment of new personnel and development of existing personnel to achieve the objectives as defined in the business plan
-Work closely with all areas of the business to ensure efficient and quality services are delivered to all clients and partners
-As a member of the Operational Board, take an active role and contribute, wherever possible, to the success of the business, and to improve the overall customer experience
-Line management responsibilities for direct reports, including performance and, absence management
-Working with Product Management to ensure our solutions are innovative and meet the specific essential local requirements of the geographic markets
-Achievement of business plan sales targets in terms of profitability on a quarter by quarter basis.
