Resurgens Orthopaedics is Atlanta’s largest orthopedic physicians’ practice with 20 offices in the Atlanta- metro area. We are currently looking to fill the role of Medical Assistant at several of our locations. These positions function as a critical member of our doctors’ teams.
Responsibilities:
-Verifies patient information by interviewing patients, measuring vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight and height), and recording information in patients’ records
-Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients.
-Prepares patients for visit by directing/accompanying patients to the examining room, providing gowns and drapes, helping patients position themselves for the examination and/or treatment, arranging examining room instruments, supplies and equipment.
