Mental Health Counselor
Account Manager for Employee Assistance Program
Employee Assistance Program firm located in East Cobb seeks an Account Manager for a fast paced position. Responsibilities include handling telephone intakes, telephonic triage and coordination of training and traumatic incident response for a large contract. This position does not include any in-person clinical services.
Requires Masters Degree in mental health field, minimum of 2 years clinical experience, strong clinical assessment skills, and excellent telephonic interpersonal abilities. License and call center or other work-related telephone experience is preferred. Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills are essential.
