Light The Night Recruiter In Atlanta Job Details
Basic Overview and Function: The recruiter will be responsible for the recruitment, retention, and management of Atlanta Light The Night Friends and Family Teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Recruit Friends and Family Teams to participate in the Atlanta Light The Night Walk by working with the Campaign Coordinator and Team Recruitment sub-committee to identify leads.
-Contact new F/F teams within 48 hours of them registering via the website with the goal of scheduling a face to face meeting with them.
-Manage recruited and assigned F/F Teams throughout completion of the Light The Night Walk. Assist teams in fundraising functions, setting goals, and ensuring their success in their fundraising efforts.
-Represent LLS and our mission professionally when working with F/F teams.
-Maintain a working knowledge of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s mission and its programs to address them.
