JOB DESCRIPTION: The Associate Chief Nursing Officer supports the CNO with the philosophy, goals, and objectives for nursing services throughout Emory Healthcare. Plans, directs, manages, coordinates and monitors nursing department for a specified operating unit such as Emory University Hospital, Emory Crawford Long Hospital, and Wesley Woods Hospital. Develops and implements strategic goals and objectives to maintain high quality patient care service. for the operating unit including standards of care and standards of nursing practice.
