Assistant General Manager
The Assistant General Manager assists the General Manager in maintaining suite occupancy, profitability and function. This is accomplished by assisting with sales tours, marketing our administrative service capabilities with clients, serving as a liason with suite operations/maintenance vendors, assisting with budget preparation, accounts receivable and accounts payable duties, and helping with selection, recruitment and team member development. This position is very involved with new client set up tasks including installation of phone services, T-1, LAN and other technical resources and is also responsible for turning off all supplied services for departing clients.
