Additional Duty Location Info:
Serves as Aviation Clerk in a Flight Standards field office. Processes FAA-issued certificates and authorizations. Receives incoming telephone calls and answers routine inquiries. Greets visitors and determines individuals’ needs, assists when possible, and refers others appropriately. Performs a full range of clerical duties primarily in support of the technical units of the office.
