Director, Compliance Officer
Position Description
The MPT Compliance Officer will work with senior management of the business unit to plan, develop, implement, monitor and manage programs and internal controls to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and McKesson standards and ensure that the business unit consistently demonstrates all indicia of an effective compliance program.
The MPT Compliance Officer will assure MPT business units comply with Federal and state laws, and applicable industry regulations, including, regulations and requirements applicable to the business unit, e.g., HIPAA, state privacy and security statutes and regmulations, federal and state funded health care program requirements, FDA regulations, and payment card regulations. The focus of the MPT Compliance Officer will be operationalizing compliance within MPT.
