Overnight Security Officer
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Regularly tour hotel property to ensure the wellness and safety of guests and associates and to protect all hotel assets. Welcome the opportunity to answer house calls, assist guests and associates with respect to safety, security and hotel operations. Initiate and follow-up all investigations of crimes committed against property and persons. Instinctively assist sick and injured guests and associates, ensuring appropriate documentation and disposition of reports.
Initiate detailed investigations, create incident and accident reports, appropriately monitor investigations to their timely conclusion and ensure follow-up with guests, visitors and associates, carefully documenting all contacts.
