Litigation Paralegal
The litigation paralegal is responsible for the discovery and trial phases of the case, including drafting and filing all litigation documents, such as pleadings, discovery requests and responses, good faith letters and discovery motions. Moreover, the litigation paralegal is responsible for analyzing documents and depositions, preparing deposition outlines, as well as setting up the depositions.
